Burke's 33rd Week- The Case of the Sticky Puff

Burke has been very interested in Dan and I's food so Friday night I decided it was time for Burke to try his hand at Puffs. These are Gerber's dissolving grain cereal puffs that are great first finger foods.
He was immediately intrigued by these little puffs and here starts my entertainment.

Sticky fingers = sticky puff. He was banging his hands on his tray to get the puff off his hands. He would try to rearrange the puff on his hand. It was stuck to his palm most the time and he would bring his hand to his mouth but couldn't figure how to get the puff out of his mitts and into his mouth.
Stuck to his chin at one point.
Success! Once it made it into his mouth he didn't know if all that work was worth it. He was gumming the puff and wasn't sure about its hard texture on his tongue.
 Oh Wait! He liked it.
Jammy time! Picking out a bedtime story.
 Nighty Night.
Saturday was a busy time. . .  reading
 ... practicing his alphabet
eating his alphabet... this looks like a delicious W
 ....helping with mom's laundry
... and Burke's laundry (which includes a ride of course)

Burke can give himself a bottle.
This is mid-turn. He really caught on to rolling this week. Rolling from belly to back and back. We have to really watch him now. Baby gates are up. Gage is on high alert for Burke's swift rolls to grab his tail and feet.
The mirror is good for about 30 minutes of entertainment.
What a good lookin' guy huh?
Sunday night we had Griers over for pizza and Burke got fussy. We got to digging around in Burke's mouth and sure enough. TWO TEETH are starting to poke through on his lower jaw at the same time. He was immediately happy with some orajel and a cold teething ring.  Everyone has been telling us for months that he is teething, but he actually is now. Poor guy!
